Position Summary

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential daily care and support to patients in their homes. This includes assisting with personal care, companionship, and helping maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Follow care plans and agency protocols

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

• Active HHA Certificate or CNA License
• CPR Certification
• Level II Background Check (AHCA compliant)
• Negative TB test (within past 6 months)
• Physical exam (within the last year stating free from communicable disease)
• Own vehicle (not just reliable transportation)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Current Auto Insurance
